Role:

We have an immediate opening for a Inside Sales Representative in our Calgarybranch. Reporting to the General Manager, the Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and job task variety.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with walk in customers and providing product information
  • Preparing quotes and estimates
  • Following up on all quotes
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting joint sales, marketing and communications related activities
  • Updating and maintaining customer lists
  • Assisting with processing of warranty claims
  • Supporting the Residential division as needed
  • Participating in and supporting trade shows
