• Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software – AS400.
• Expediting of quotations including follow-up of customer requests.
• Promotion of Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
• Work closely with the outside sales and Technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
• Responsible for exploring new customer opportunities.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, consistently ensuring that our corporate image is reflected.
