Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The key role is to book meetings based on cold calling not to sell products.
- The ISR will be paid a bonus for every meeting they book plus additional bonuses for every meeting that converts to an opportunity
- Definition of a lead is clearly defined, (they will not be paid for 1’s and 2’s)
- All leads go directly to the Sales BDM
- All calls are logged in CRM and report is generated from CRM
- Role is office-based Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
