Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will assist walk-in and phone customers with the selection of countertops for their project. No cold calling, very strong reputation for great products produced on time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Manage project from start to finish
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
