Inside Sales Representative – 3PL (Warehousing & Transportation)

GBT Logistics & Packaging Inc. is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering warehousing, transportation, and value-added logistics services to food-grade and CPG customers across Ontario and beyond.

As inbound sales activity continues to increase, we are expanding our sales team and looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to support lead qualification, follow-up, and pipeline development.

The Role

This is a structured inside sales role focused on:

• Managing inbound sales inquiries
• Executing follow-ups using defined sales sequences
• Qualifying opportunities before handoff to senior sales leadership

You will work primarily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , following a disciplined, CRM-driven sales process. This is not an outside sales or commission-only role.
