Inside sales operations

Sales Order & Customer Coordination & Vendor Coordination (3 PL)
Process and close Customer Requests (CRs) within defined timelines
Create and circulate Order Acknowledgements (OA) to Sales teams and Sales ISOs
Follow up for customer OA acceptance and resolve order-related queries
Prepare and share SO creation trackers against received POs
Coordinate and share dispatch documents (invoice/PO wise) with Sales ISOs
Track and update MIT shipment ETA & delivery status to Sales teams
Participate in weekly coordination calls with Sales teams/ISOs
Plant & Internal Coordination
Share export dispatch plans with Plant and Logistics teams
Release Sales Orders in line with production plans and changes
Raise and follow up IUT PO requests with Finance for stock points
Create and cross-verify Sales Orders in SAP
Participate in daily plant, logistics, and production meetings
MIS & Reporting
Maintain daily end-to-end PO trackers
