the purchase

·Browsed products but did not make any
transaction

·Registered on the platform without
transacting

·Received cashback or promotional credits
in their accounts, etc

·Have connected via Call, Chat, WhatsApp
or website enquiries.

·Make timely and persuasive outbound
calls to re-engage these leads.

·Handle inbound inquiries via
Call/Chat/WhatsApp or Website and assist customers in navigating their buying
journey.

·Understand customer needs, address
concerns, and recommend the right products.
