Key responsibilities


  • Manage and monitor a shared mailbox, handling a high volume of incoming requests

  • Analyze and clarify customer needs, especially when requests are incomplete or unclear

  • Determine priorities and decide whether requests should be handled internally or escalated to field sales colleagues

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations using internal tools and systems

  • Ensure clear and professional communication with customers

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Business Developers

  • Handle mainly standard quotation requests independently after onboarding

  • Provide administrative and coordination support where needed

  • During quieter periods, assist with outreach efforts such as contacting prospects to schedule appointments
