Compensation

Salary: CAD70,000 - CAD80,000 per annum + Bonus/Commission.

Base salary up to $80,000 + performance-based bonus and commission.

On‑Target Earnings (OTE) approximately $110,000.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing outbound SDR team.

Your success is defined by your ability to lead people, drive activity, and improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ~10–15 outbound SDRs.
• Drive daily and weekly performance against activity and meeting‑booking KPIs.
• Ensure consistent outbound execution (calls, connects, meetings booked).
• Coach and develop reps through call listening, feedback, and structured performance management.
