Job Description

We are recruiting an Inside Sales Manager to support commercial growth across Canada, the USA, and Mexico for a growing international specialty chemical distributor and supplier.

This position focuses on lead generation, opportunity management, customer support, and

sales activity , working closely with commercial and supply chain teams.

The Profile

  • 2–5 years’ B2B inside sales or sales support experience in the chemicals distribution
  • Strong commercial mindset with confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Based within commuting distance of Burlington, ON
