This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end order execution, logistics, and customer delivery while acting as the operational interface between sales, customers, and internal teams. The position ensures accurate order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and proactive issue resolution, while providing reliable delivery commitments and after-sales support. By maintaining high data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems and continuously improving logistics workflows, the role directly contributes to service reliability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Support the field sales team with account management and inside sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
  • Handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
