Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients to generate leads for ServiceNow solutions
- Qualify leads by identifying customer pain points, budget, and decision-making authority
- Deliver introductory pitches on ServiceNow products, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD
- Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly targets related to call volumes, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Heads, and VPs
- Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns
