We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to drive lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our software solutions. The role involves handling inbound & outbound leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales leads for software products

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Conduct product demos via calls or video meetings

  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong sales pipelines

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Update CRM with accurate customer and lead data

  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams
