Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in cold calling into the US market, lead generation, and selling IT services in an onsite/offshore model. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and possess excellent communication and prospecting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume cold calling and outreach to US-based prospects.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting and engagement activities.
  • Use multiple platforms/tools for lead generation, contact database management, market intelligence, and prospect identification.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the US market.
  • Present and explain IT services offerings to potential clients.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment in targeting and opportunity qualification.
