Job Role - Inside Sales Executive

Location - Santacruz East, Mumbai (Full time on-site - 5 days work week)

Role & Responsibilities -

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to provide information, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.

Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote products or services and meet sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and offering personalized recommendations to customers.

Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's products or services to provide accurate information and meet customer needs.
