We're looking for a sharp and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive top-of-funnel pipeline for monday.com. The role focuses on generating qualified leads from curated databases using modern outbound tools and targeted outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calling) using provided database
  • Identify the right ICPs and decision-makers for pitching monday.com
  • Use prospecting and enrichment tools to research, segment, and prioritize account
  • Craft personalized outreach messaging with strong value articulation
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead tracking in CR
  • Collaborate closely with sales and practice teams to improve conversion quality
