Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Executive with end-to-end sales experience—from lead generation and prospecting to proposal handling, negotiations, and closing deals. This role supports our expansion in the call center/BPO outsourcing space, selling fully managed outsourcing solutions across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in business development for call center services and is confident engaging decision makers across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Source and qualify leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and outbound calling.
Research target accounts and identify key decision makers.
Execute multi-step outbound sequences to drive meetings and discovery calls.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple stages.
