Responsibilities

• Respond to customers bid requests and internal requests
• Research online bid opportunities
• Analyze and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and addendums
• Clarify electrical testing scope of work with customer estimators, project managers, and engineers of record
• Obtain pricing from vendors for equipment repairs, parts, and other departments
• Prepare computer-based estimates
• Participate in bid strategy meetings as requested
• Generate reports on project bid status and POs received
• Prepare draft proposals for Outside Sales Engineer
