Inside Sales Estimator Overview

The Inside Sales Estimator will support the Outside Sales Representative by evaluating customer needs, providing pricing solutions to secure orders, entering orders, and offering post-PO support.

What you will accomplish with us

• Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
• Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
• Determine commercial HVAC‑R equipment (Low‑Temp, Comfort Cooling, Heating and Ventilation) requirements to meet the individual clients' needs.
• Assist with projects and work with mechanical contractors and engineers.
• Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals.
• Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for clients’ approval.
• Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations through written and verbal communication.
