Job Description
This is a key role ensuring strong relationships are built with external customers, providing technical assistance with quotations and specifications enabling you to deliver high levels of customer service across the globe.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, in this role you will be working in a large team working closely with External Sales Teams and Service department.
In this role you will ensure quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion maintaining departmental KPI’s, ensure technical documentation, specifications, customer purchase orders are accurate prior to issue to contracts being booked in and respond swiftly to all customer queries within pre-agreed timescales.
This role would suit someone who has experience within customer service and is looking to forge a career within a technical sales environment.
