Job Description
NOV Cairo are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team and help drive our sales performance across existing and new accounts. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities and supporting NOV's strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute local sales plans aligned with NOV’s global sales strategy and customer growth objectives. Manage weekly and monthly sales activities including client visits, lead follow-ups, and quotation tracking. Evaluate customer inquiries, prepare accurate and competitive quotations, and manage the sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.
