Job Description
The Inside Sales Coordinator support the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring efficient processing of sales orders and quotations. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to deliver excellent service and drive business growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- English proficiency (85% or higher).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in inside sales.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Negotiation skills and customer relationship management experience.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process RFQs by gathering and validating all necessary information.
