Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator support the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring efficient processing of sales orders and quotations. Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to deliver excellent service and drive business growth.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • English proficiency (85% or higher).


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation skills and customer relationship management experience.


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process RFQs by gathering and validating all necessary information.
