Inside Sales Coordinator

Kelly Services is currently hiring for a permanent Inside Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client in Paris, ON. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong order management and EDI experience looking to join a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders using EDI systems and internal platforms
  
• Review incoming orders for accuracy, inventory availability, and delivery timelines
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve order or EDI issues to ensure timely shipment
  
• Manage Amazon Vendor Central, including product availability and SKU updates
  
• Coordinate order details such as pricing, ship-to locations, and delivery requirements
  
• Support key accounts with order processing, invoicing, and communication
  
• Track orders, follow up on backorders, and provide shipment updates
