  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, delivering high levels of customer service 
  • Provide technical assistance on quotations and specifications, supporting both standard and customized solutions
  • Prepare, produce, and issue accurate and timely quotations including supporting documentation and drawings
  • Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned with departmental KPIs
  • Verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries within agreed service level timescales
  • Support the full process from quotation through to order booking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively within a large customer service team to achieve shared objectives
