**Position Summary**:
The **Inside Sales Consultant **is a person who can “make it happen” - someone who can effectively advise and offer the right solutions to our customers and prospects. You are passionate, driven and have been looking for that special opportunity to work for a technology company as a Sales Specialist, willing to work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consults through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
**What you’ll do**:
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities, and offer solutions to maximize their experience
- Create and maintain a database of potential customers with leads generated from marketing campaigns
