Job Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.)
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit
  • Has the ability to strike cold conversations and convert them into anything meaningful / Fierce Networker
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation and pipeline development
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
