Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from manufacturing customers (MNCs, EMS, industrial plants) related to factory automation and engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns, and basic proposals in coordination with engineering and procurement teams.
• Follow up on quotations, RFQs, and ongoing sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the sales team in tracking project status, customer requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate and prompt responses to customers.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, RFQs, and sales pipeline in CRM or internal systems.
• Assist in order processing, documentation, and handover to project execution teams.
