We are looking for a dynamic B2B Inside Sales Executive (India Market) to manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — for corporate clients with hiring needs.
You will engage with HR leaders, Founders, CEOs, and decision-makers, understand their recruitment challenges, and position foundit solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organizations with active hiring requirements across India
- Connect with decision-makers (HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs, Founders)
- Understand client hiring challenges and pitch relevant foundit hiring solutions
- Conduct product demos showcasing platform features and benefits
- Handle objections, negotiations, and structured follow-ups
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
