Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling using provided scripts and qualify leads
- Set appointments and prospect new clients via calls, emails, and texts
- Manage social media inquiries and convert leads into booked calls
- Update CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up activities
- Nurture past leads and respond to follow-up questions
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong professional phone presence
- Outbound calling and appointment setting experience
IMPORTANT - Database/CRM management experience required
- Familiar with dialers and lead follow-up tools
