This is a full-time, remote role at Sycomp. The Global Inside Sales professional manages the end-to-end sales order lifecycle—from customer quotations through final delivery and issue resolution. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams. A core responsibility includes proactively managing and reporting backorders to maintain customer satisfaction and optimize inventory flow.
