ADI Global Distribution now have the opportunity for an Inside Sales Associate to join the ADI team at our Belfast Store. This role will be working Monday-to-Friday hours 8:30 am–5:30 pm and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the team to generate sales and achieving sales targets.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management and customer engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts, strategic vendors, and supply partners.
