. Developing sales strategies, including participation and representing the company in manufacturer's regional sales forecast events, special promotions, business events, trade exhibitions and product campaigns/technical demonstrations. . Leading, motivating and managing the junior sales team to meet or exceed targets in various market segments. (Marine, Process, Data Centre, O & G, Wafer Fab and Semiconductor, Water, Power Generation, Pharma and Others) . Acquiring the knowledge of utilising valve sizing and selection software for all the products being represented. . Ability to receive training on technical sales and product software from manufacturer representatives/managers . Managing sales department issues, including hiring and training Sales Representatives and Application Team and formulating incentive programs. .
