The Inside Sales Administrator will provide administration and support to the Sales/Service/Production teams for AfterMarket Service (AMS) Rentals & SFI Frac.

Key Position Functions

• Complete Repair and Production documents and process within the SAP system
• Support AMS Rentals by ensuring material/equipment documentation and records are maintained in SAP
• Assist with incoming inquiries/orders/requests from Internal and External customers
• Provide administrative support to Manager, Sales, Service, Purchasing and related Branches
• Responsible for ensuring that the SFI Document Management System digital and physical files are maintained and up-to-date
• Provide support of AMS Rentals tool returns, repairs, and ensure that documentation is accurately processed
