Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points; align product solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for feedback and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Entresprise Sales SaaS or B2B tech environments.
