Role Overview

As an Inside Customer Success Rep you represent the face of Solera, working primarily with large and medium‑sized customers to build and maintain strong relationships while resolving issues. The role requires planning and executing daily and weekly activities, multi‑tasking within a team and across departments to drive business outcomes, and mastering new communication and automation tools. Conflict resolution, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.

What You’ll Do
