We are looking for a candidate keen to make a career in B2B Sales Role.
What we're looking for
- Candidates preferably in the age group of 25 -30 years
- Having experience of 1-5 years of B2B inside sales, business development in BFSI sector, EdTech, or HR Tech software, HRMs system, Training and assessment platforms.
- Should be comfortable making cold and warm calls to senior professionals
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
- Should be adept in presenting the products to the clients online
- Patient, persistent, and process-oriented — BFSI decision-makers take 5–8 touchpoints to engage
- Basic CRM familiarity (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Familiar or willingness to learn AI tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Graduate in any discipline with right attitude and communication skills is important.
