This full-time position invites clinical pharmacists to lead in biologic therapy across specialties including Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology. You will play a key role in supporting the Pharmacy Distribution Centre and home-care teams, addressing clinical queries and implementing safe, effective biosimilar switching initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer specialist clinical advice on biologic therapies
• Assist PDC and home-care teams with clinical queries
