Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the transformation of the Smart SYNBONE research initiative into a commercial, scalable surgical training platform. This includes SYNBONE products, hardware, and data-driven technologies supported by AI.

Acting at the intersection of MedTech and surgical education, the role drives business planning, market validation, and commercialization while aligning clinical, educational, and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end transition from prototype to commercialized solution
  • Determine sustainable business and revenue model
  • Translate clinical education needs into digital training products & services
  • Define business plan and manage product roadmap, milestones, timelines, and budget
