Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to lead end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects for a key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. This leadership role manages multiple fast-paced innovation initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and stakeholder alignment within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of product innovation and marketing experience
- Strong project management background in CPG/FMCG environments
- Proven success delivering product or packaging innovation projects
- Strong knowledge of product, packaging, or new product development processes
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
