Overview

MVIA is seeking a commercially minded, execution-oriented Innovation & Product Manager to identify, design, deliver, and own strategic initiatives, financial products, and technology-enabled capabilities across the Group.

Sitting within the Strategy, Innovation & Product (SiP) function, this role operates at the intersection of innovation, product ownership, delivery, and technology governance . It is suited to a high-calibre professional who is comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end — from opportunity definition through to delivery, adoption, and sustained value realisation.

The Innovation & Product Manager plays a key role in shaping the future of the business , ensuring new ideas, products, and system changes are deliberately designed, governed, delivered, and transitioned — without disrupting Business-as-Usual (BAU).
