Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles at BPO company
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in driving operational improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and business growth
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta
