Primary Purpose

The Innovation Coordinator is the operational backbone of Generac’s innovation programs. This role coordinates people, platforms, and process to keep the innovation engine running day‑to‑day while senior innovation leaders focus on strategy and executive engagement. The position supports multiple innovation leaders and serves as the primary administrator of Generac’s enterprise innovation platform, ensuring continuity, adoption, and momentum across the organization.


Major Responsibilities

  • Platform Operations & Moderation- Ensures daily oversight, moderation, tagging, routing, and hygiene of AMP to maintain data quality and productive engagement.
  • Channel & Campaign Management- Partners with teams to create channels/challenges, manages evaluation cycles, and coaches owners on best practice setup and follow through.
