Innovation and Experimentation Manager

Valbin Corporation is seeking an experienced Innovation and Experimentation Manager to support NATO training exercises at the Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

This role is responsible for supporting NATO-Ukraine innovation activities, developing and maintaining testing and demonstration coordination mechanisms, supporting experimentation and analytical outputs, coordinating stakeholders and events, maintaining auditable workflow traceability, and producing required progress, synchronization, lessons identified, and close-out reports.
