Injection Moulding Setter

Key Responsibilities Set up, prepare, and verify injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment prior to production Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and mould/colour changeovers according to standard procedures Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal cycle times, cavitation, and output efficiency Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to reduce downtime, scrap, and production losses Maintain accurate production records, logs, and performance reporting Support achievement of production efficiency targets, including OEE requirements Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve breakdowns and recurring technical faults Ensure products consistently meet quality specifications and standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving efficiency Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in line with 5S principles Support supervisory duties and act in a Shift Supervisor relief capacity when required Comply with...
