Injection Molding Processor

We’re looking for a hands-on Injection Molding Processor who takes pride in setting up, troubleshooting, and keeping production running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, take ownership on the floor, and grow their technical skillset in a fast-paced molding environment.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs
• Perform mold changes and machine setup (mold setting, startup, shut down)
• Troubleshoot process issues and adjust parameters to hold quality and cycle targets
• Support R&D runs, new tool trials, and complex or challenging molds
