Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Establish optimized process parameters and identify / troubleshoot processing problems for all processes in the facility.

  • Lead engineering support team for processing.

  • Lead New Product Launches

  • Responsible for all communications and contacts with appropriate discipline concerning all processing issues. (Product Design, Sales, Material Suppliers, Tool Shops, Production, Automation...
