We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting and re-starting jobs using established processes, adjusting processing parameters, and setting up and tearing down molds in various injection molding machines. This role requires proficiency in using the ERP system (IQMS) and the ability to generate work orders for mold or equipment repair.
**Responsibilities**
+ Start or re-start jobs using an established process with minimal start-up rejects.
+ Adjust processing parameters within defined limits to maintain a consistent and quality product.
+ Purge machines completely clean for material transitions.
+ Efficiently set up and tear down molds in various injection molding machines.
+ Follow cooling diagrams and route coolant lines efficiently.
+ Verify and set up auxiliary equipment properly.
+ Use a variety of hand too...
