Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up injection molding machines, changing out molds, and ensuring new jobs start up correctly. You will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with robotics, including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman robots.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines and change out molds.
• Ensure new jobs start up correctly.
• Monitor the performance of machines and molds.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and molds.
• Troubleshoot robotics including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman.
• Start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots.
• Communicate with maintenance and department manager regarding breakdowns and repairs.
