Injection Mold Operator

As an Injection Mold Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the injection molding process. Your primary responsibilities will include loading polymer resin into the machine, monitoring the process, offloading completed helmets, inspecting for defects, and documenting production details.

• Load polymer resin into the injection mold machine.
• Monitor the molding process alongside the Injection Mold Technician.
• Offload completed helmets from the machine and inspect for holes, defects, and bubbles.
• Document production output and defective parts.
• Remove excess plastic from helmet openings using specified tools.
• Perform quick visual inspections to ensure quality and report issues to the Mold Technician.
