Job Description

Job Summary:

Individual will be working in custom injection molding setting as a maintenance mechanic repairing various production machines such as injection molding presses, press robots, grinders, and other associated press/fabrication equipment. May also need to assist with projects/tasks involving extrusion machines. Must be comfortable troubleshooting, be mechanically inclined and have knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Knowledge of PLC’s, CMMS software and experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Essential Functions Injection Maintenance (1st Shift):

  • Repairs and maintains physical structures, including building and grounds.
  • Paints structures, performs masonry work, and repairs plumbing fixtures and woodwork.
  • Makes repairs and maintains tools and equipment.
  • Repairs, maintains, and installs low voltage (<600V) electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures.
